Plea taken by Ex-Vegas prosecutor deal in coke case

LAS VEGAS - A former Las Vegas attorney who handled the case of Paris Hilton and March Bruno celebrity cocaine advocacy'm much to do to clean up his own record in a case of cocaine offense if he stays out of trouble for three years.

Former Clark County Deputy District Attorney David Schubert, lawyer, William Terry, said Wednesday it is estimated a 48-year-old Schubert receiving test point on November 17 and continue drug and alcohol counseling.

Secretary of State, Attorney General Thom Council said the agreement, September 7th is good for everyone involved.

Government says it is a plea crime, the first violation of Schubert and the amount of cocaine found in Schubert's car in a traffic stop on March 19 was less than a penny.
